
We frequently get asked if our DIY snack mixes are suitable for keto, and the answer is YES! So we thought it was about time we published a recipe.
Both our Salted Caramel Protein Ball Mix and Vanilla & Coconut Protein Ball Mix can be turned into delicious keto protein balls. Just swap the dates and rice malt syrup with a couple of tablespoons of nut butter and some extra coconut oil and you'll have yourself a tasty no bake keto snack.
These keto protein balls are super quick and easy to make and great to have on hand at home or the office when you need a high energy snack.
Salted Caramel Keto Protein Balls
Prep: 5 mins
Servings: 12-15 protein balls
Ingredients
- 1 packet Funch Salted Caramel Protein Ball Mix
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Combine the Nut Butter, Coconut Oil and Water in a bowl and microwave in 30 second blasts until the coconut has melted. Alternatively heat on stove top.
- Add Funch Salted Caramel Protein Ball Mix to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Using your hands, roll approximately 1 tablespoon scoop of mixture into tight balls, refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve or store refrigerated in an airtight container to be enjoyed later.

Funch Salted Caramel Protein Ball Mix - you can also use our Vanilla & Coconut Protein Ball Mix and the protein balls will still be keto friendly.
Almond Butter - can be substituted with your preferred nut butter such as peanut butter, pistachio butter, walnut butter, sunflower seed butter (sun butter), hazelnut butter, tahini, and cashew butter.
